1. Acceptance of Terms

All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). You may only deposit funds originating from sources legally owned by you and for which you are the authorized account holder. You agree that all withdrawals are subject to anti-money laundering compliance procedures, which may include wagering requirements stipulating that deposited funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal eligibility. 6. Betting Rules and Game Conduct

You are responsible for familiarizing yourself with all applicable rules before placing bets.

Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the bj55 system, it becomes binding and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed except in cases of obvious error as determined at bj55's sole discretion. bj55 reserves the right to void bets, refuse bets, limit stake amounts, restrict betting markets, or close accounts in cases of suspected advantage play, arbitrage betting, syndicate activity, use of automated betting software, exploitation of system errors, or any conduct deemed contrary to the spirit of fair gambling. Bets placed on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided automatically.

In cases of obvious pricing errors, technical glitches, or incorrect odds display, bj55 reserves the right to void affected bets and correct errors retrospectively. Settlement of bets is based on official results as determined by relevant governing bodies, sports authorities, or game providers. In the event of disputes regarding results, bj55's decision based on official sources shall be final and binding.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

9. Account Termination and Suspension

bj55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time with or without prior notice for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, abuse of bonuses, breach of game rules, provision of false information, or any conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or other users.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw all remaining funds subject to applicable withdrawal procedures and verification requirements. Any outstanding bonus balances, pending bets, or unfulfilled wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

In the event of account termination by bj55 due to breach of Terms, we reserve the right to withhold funds, void outstanding bets, forfeit winnings, and retain deposits to cover any damages incurred. If funds remain after deduction of owed amounts, the balance may be returned at bj55's discretion following completion of investigations and satisfaction of all legal obligations.

Account dormancy policies may apply if your account remains inactive for extended periods. Dormant accounts may be subject to administrative fees or closure as specified in our account management policies. You will receive notice before any dormancy-related actions are taken.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bj55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of winnings, service interruptions, or any other commercial damages or losses.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted service. bj55 does not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, secure, or available at all times.

You acknowledge that gambling inherently involves risk of financial loss and that past winnings do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for all betting decisions and accept full financial risk for all wagers placed. bj55 is not responsible for losses incurred through gambling activities or poor betting decisions.

bj55 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, power outages, hardware malfunctions, software errors, third-party service provider failures, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In the event of system failures affecting bet placement or game outcomes, bj55 will make reasonable efforts to restore service and resolve affected bets fairly, but shall not be liable for consequential damages.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Platform or services is to cease using the Platform and close your account. In no event shall bj55's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of funds in your account balance at the time the claim arose.

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms, your use of the Platform, or the services provided by bj55, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiations by contacting our customer support team. Most issues can be resolved quickly through direct communication with our support staff.

If informal resolution attempts fail, you agree that any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, rather than through court litigation. The arbitration shall be conducted in Dhaka, Bangladesh, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding upon both parties.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against bj55. All disputes must be brought individually, and you may not consolidate your claim with claims of other users. This class action waiver is an essential part of this arbitration agreement and may not be severed from it.

Notwithstanding the arbitration provisions above, bj55 reserves the right to seek injunctive relief or other equitable remedies in courts of competent jurisdiction to prevent unauthorized use of intellectual property, breach of confidentiality obligations, or other irreparable harm.

12. Changes to Terms

bj55 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior individual notice. Material changes will be communicated through prominent notices on the Platform homepage, email notifications to registered users, or other reasonable means of communication. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised.

Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and may close your account by contacting customer support. Continued use after changes take effect signifies your binding acceptance of the new Terms.
